The foundation of your smart home needs to be local and private. Home Assistant Yellow is that foundation.
We now stock two versions of the Home Assistant Yellow Kit – read on to find the right version for you.
These kit versions do not include a CM4 – we previously stocked a version with a CM4 included, however as we now stock a range of CM4 boards, we’ve moved over to the kit versions to give you flexibility on memory and eMMC storage to fit your needs.
Option 1: Home Assistant Yellow Kit (with power supply)
This version includes everything you need to create your Home Assistant Yellow, just without a CM4.
You get the carrier board, custom enclosure, power supply (with international heads – UK, USA, EU and AUS), heatsink, fixings, ethernet cable and a couple of HA stickers!
You will need add your own Compute Module 4and you’re ready to go. Naturally, some minor assembly is required.
Option 2: Home Assistant Yellow Kit (with Power-over-Ethernet)
This is the Power-over-Ethernet version of the Home Assistant Yellow Kit, meaning the carrier board supports PoE. use this version with your PoE-ready router, switch or PoE injector. Again, this is a kit version without a CM4.
You get the carrier board, custom enclosure, heatsink, fixings, ethernet cable and a couple of HA stickers!
You will need add your own Compute Module 4. This version does not come with a power supply as it is intended to be powered via PoE. Naturally, some minor assembly is required.
